

About Bocimar
Bocimar was founded in 1969 as a joint venture between Boel (Boelwerf) and Cigrang (Cobelfret) families. CMB became a shareholder in 1975 and eventually acquired all the shares in the company.
Bocimar owns and operates bulkers between 60.000 and 210.000 dwt and transports coal, iron ore, grain and minor bulks. In 2022, the fleet carried a total of 51,5005,458 MT of cargo

Bocimar currently owns and operates a fleet of about 50 dry bulk vessels across various segments:
- Newcastlemax
- Capesize
- Post-Panamax
- Panamax
- Ultramax
- In 2019, the fleet carried a total of 44,802,638 MT of cargo.
Bocimar and CCL
Bocimar places great importance on meeting the needs of its customers. In order to provide more competitive pricing and more efficient trading operations, Bocimar co-founded Capesize Chartering Ltd. in 2015.
