Management Assistant

As Management Assistant you will become an essential part of an innovative, international company with a family business culture. You will join the Admin team of 4 colleagues and report to the Head of Admin.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the CEO;
  • Organise meetings and ensure that the CEO is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers;
  • Collect and prepare information and documents, create presentations using MS office;
  • Manage calendars appointments;
  • You will join the Admin team and report to the Head of Admin. Admin tasks consist of travel arrangements, mail handling, filtering and forwarding incoming calls and providing allround office support.

What do you bring?

  • 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality;
  • Teamplayer who is also able to work independently;
  • Multitask and prioritize with an eye for details and quality;
  • A flexible, pro-active approach to work;
  • Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is an asset).
